THE RHYTHM CHANGES

At the station of life, you never know what’s next, one song is fading out, another starts instead. One moment you’re laughing beneath the summer sky, the next the rain is falling, and you don’t know why. One song speaks of love, another speaks of pain, one brings you the sunshine, one brings you the rain. You think you know the story, you think you know the way, then suddenly the music takes it all away. You never get the time to ask the reason why, you never get to hold the moment passing by. The rhythm changes, the rhythm changes, everything you know suddenly rearranges. One song is over, another starts to play, love can turn to hatred in a single day. The rhythm changes, nothing stays the same, roses turn to daggers, passion turns to flame. The song may change, but one thing still remains, life keeps playing on the very same frequency again. From the heat of summer to the winter cold, from a heart full of laughter to a story left untold. One moment you’re standing beneath the morning sun, the next you’re facing darkness with nowhere left to run. One minute you hold the ones you love so near, the next you’re standing lonely with nothing but your fear. Life and death can meet within a single breath, one song can speak of living, the next can speak of death. Love and hatred, fire and rain, laughter, sorrow, pleasure, pain. Life and death, beginning, end, every song will change again. The rhythm changes, the rhythm changes, everything you know suddenly rearranges. One song is over, another starts to pla love can turn to hatred in a single day. The rhythm changes, nothing stays the same, roses turn to daggers, passion turns to flame. The song may change, but one thing still remains, life keeps playing on the very same frequency again. Another song! Another day! Another rhythm! Another way! Another song! Another turn! Another lesson! Another burn!
